Support for RENVO accounts, designs, community features and Google Play purchases.

Email RENVO support

Account access

Include the email associated with RENVO and describe the sign-in issue. Never send your password or a one-time code.

Google Play purchase

Include the product, approximate purchase time and Google Play order ID. Do not send card or bank details.

Design or generation

Tell us which project and action failed. Avoid emailing private room photos unless support specifically requests one.

Community concern

Include the post or comment details and the reason for the report. Urgent safety or illegal-content concerns should be clearly identified.

Subscriptions and refunds

Google Play manages subscription cancellation and payment-method changes. Open Google Play, select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. Refund eligibility is determined under Google Play rules and applicable consumer law.

Privacy requests

For access, correction or deletion requests, use the subject “RENVO privacy request” and email renvo.project@gmail.com. Account deletion is also available directly in the app.
